As one of our associates, Glonda brings over thirty-seven years of executive assistant experience along with several years of county government, legal and court knowledge to our firm. Glonda’s passion for the conservative cause has been demonstrated by her years of volunteerism for local, state, and federal Republican candidates.
Susan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in communications. The spouse of an army officer, Susan moved throughout various duty stations with her husband working in the finance and staffing industries. Her political career started working for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) and Congressman Frank Lucas (R-OK) while living in the DC area. Since moving back to Texas, Susan been active in her community through extensive volunteer service in non-profits. She is an incredible administrator and event planner that we are happy to have as part of our team.
Mike retired as Director of Sales Operations with AT&T Advertising Solutions in 2014. Through his 33-year experience with Southwestern Bell/AT&T, he developed expertise in data/financial analysis, project management and sales. His talents acquired in the corporate advertising world have proven to be beneficial in the political arena. Mike is dedicated to the constitutional conservative cause and has demonstrated that passion through many years volunteering for local, state, and federal Republican candidates.
Ashley graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Having always had a strong interest in politics, she began her career with a political consulting firm then moved into campaign work, elections administration, and fundraising, most recently serving as the Finance Director of the Dallas County Republican Party. Ashley and her husband are excited to welcome their third addition to their family later this year.
Leslie has a long history of leadership in the Republican Party and Tarrant County, including State Republican Executive Committeewoman for SD 10 (2006-2014), North Texas Field Director for Lt. Governor David Dewhurst, RPT’s North Texas Victory 2012 Coordinator, and District Director for State Representative Bill Zedler. Prior to her involvement in politics, Leslie served as a Bible Study Fellowship Discussion Leader. Leslie has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UT Arlington. Married to Dean Recine for 31 years, they have two daughters. An 8th generation Texan, Leslie’s great-great-great-great grandfather, Thomas Barnett, signed the Texas Declaration of Independence.

Gaining knowledge, positively impacting the political process, and advancing the conservative cause. Investing time, talent, and treasure in grassroots engagement in North Texas and across America. Her great passion is passing on the lost art of civic responsibility to students and adults across her sphere of influence. In 2014, she formed Four Oaks Canvass Company, a political canvassing start up that links politically astute parents and students in the home school community with conservative candidate campaign work. More recently, Tina was awarded the prestigious Reagan Day Volunteer of the Year award in 2016 and served as the Office Manager and Precinct Chair Coordinator for the Dallas County Republican Party.
